If you are eager to return to use with your Glas device, we have developed a few simple options for you to try in the meantime. Please see the tips below to help if you are unable to use your device.

Shake your phone side to side and click ”Report A Bug” (Fig. A) Click send in the top right corner, you do not need to comment just press send (Fig. B)

Fully close/shut down the Glas App and wait 30 seconds before reopening.

Remove pod and wait 1 minute before Re-inserting pod. Try to Vape. If still locked, proceed to next step.

Insert a new pod and vape. If still locked proceed to next step.

Disconnect device from app and reconnect device.

Click on “Profile” icon in bottom right hand screen of mobile app. (Fig. C)

Swipe left on device you are trying to disconnect and click “delete”. (Fig. E)

After removing device go back to “Your Settings” page, click on “Pair a New Device” and follow steps for pairing a new device. (Fig. F)

After device pairing completes, insert one of the two pods you attempted to use in steps 1-2 and try to vape.

Quick Tips

It is best to leave the Glas App running in the background on your smart phone.
- The device works when paired with the app on your phone and needs to connect with it every hour to avoid undesired use.

Ease into hitting the device to get a feel for the vapor production.
